The Company was founded by T. Max Halley, Jr. in 1986 in Brookhaven, Mississippi as a sole proprietorship. In 1988, D. S. Patrick, Jr. joined Mr. Halley, and a year later, the firm was incorporated and began operating as Halley-Patrick. The name of the firm was changed in 1996 to Baker Patrick. Their firm has flourished, and their client base has grown as they have strived to provide the highest quality services available. In 2001, they announced their relocation to their new building on Johnny Johnson Drive in Brookhaven. The name of the firm changed most recently when Mary Helen Miller and Korey W. White, previously supervisors for the firm, became partners in 2005.
