This includes monthly assistance in preparation of financial statements, payroll processing setup and assistance, tax compliance in payroll, design and preparation of key management reporting data, cafeteria plans, sales tax multi-state, personal property and business licenses and outsourcing. In addition they provide full year end compiled financial statements in accordance with the standards of the AICPA.
They offer services specifically modified to meet their client’s international business needs. These services include tax advice for inbound foreign investments, including structuring and ownership of U.S. entities as well as outbound investments in foreign countries.
Comprehensive investment advice is rendered on specific investments. In addition, asset allocation strategies are utilized to allocate saving and/or retirement plans assets into various investments to diversify risk and maximize return.
