They do taxes, but accounting is so much more than just doing taxes. Goddard Accounting Services provides analysis, reconstructive accounting, fund tracing, and general litigation support services to a variety of attorneys, receivers, and trustees.
Goddard Accounting has two CPAs on staff. They work closely with business clients and provide the following accounting services. Compilations and Reviews of financial statements, Training software specific and general bookkeeping, Accounting/tax treatment of specific transactions, Accounting policies and procedures assistance, Instituting Internal Control systems/Fraud prevention.
They analyze complex business transactions and provide solutions that make sense from both an economic and tax perspective. They also provide or assist with Budgeting/financial forecasts, Cash flow/present value analysis, and Job/Cost analysis. The Company provides planning and preparation/analysis for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, estates, and invididuals. Master in tax staff available to assist with complex issues including, Complex transactions/consolidated returns, Alternative Minimum Tax AM Tissues, Research Manufacturing Credits/NOL carryovers, Executive Compensation/Planning, Foreign tax issues/expatriate/Foreign earned income exclusion, and Mergers Actuations Buying selling a business.
