Cindi Davis heads the business valuation and litigation services department. They graduated from the Santa Clara University in 1981, earning a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Accounting. They obtained them Masters of Science in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1993. Prior to joining the firm in 1988, they worked in public accounting in the Monterey area and in Anchorage, Alaska.

The Company began working in business valuation and litigation services in 1984. In January of 1998 she earned the Accredited in Business Valuation designation ABV from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In October of 1996 they received their designation as an Accredited Member of the American Society of Appraisers.

The Company has over twenty years experience in taxation, including an extensive knowledge of taxation relating to marital dissolution. They work in the area of consulting and tax preparation for both individuals and businesses. Cindi is an accredited member of the American Society of Appraisers, and a member of The Institute of Business Appraisers. They provide their clients with everything from retirement planning to choice of entity planning. Tax planning is a year round process and they are available to consult with you once a year or everyday, depending on your needs.

The Company recognizes the fact that the legal complexity of the world today requires careful planning and that staying informed is the key to staying ahead, so they welcome your questions at any time of the year. They can prepare tax returns for all 50 states as well as almost any type of Federal return that you may need to file. Their tax returns are handled with care and reviewed before they are presented to you for filing in the event of a tax audit by the IRS or any of the State taxing authorities, they are here to either represent you or consult with you in order to make this onerous event as painless as possible.

The Company provides tax research for both clients and attorneys who have complicated tax issues that must be researched before any action can be taken. They have worked closely with many attorneys in providing clients with a second opinion on complex matters.
