In 1989, Talley & Company was founded with the mission to help business owners and individuals manage their financial affairs more efficiently and in turn, more profitably. The firm was built with a talented team of people who would be able to meet its clients’ varied and complex needs. In 1990, the Company in consisted of just eight staff and support members. However, as their clients’ companies grew in size and profitability, Talley & Company grew along with them. With a growing workload and staff, their offices in Fullerton soon became a bit cozy and they were forced to look elsewhere for a place to call home.
They compile, review or audit financial statements, assist in development of the structure of general ledgers accounts, management informational reports, develop accounting policies and procedures and review internal controls and procedures, assist and develop cash flow projections, identify critical ratios and develop reports, perform operational and compliance audits, assist in development of budgets, activity based cost systems, payroll tax returns, unemployment tax returns, employee searches and computerized input of all journal transactions and generation of computerized financial statements .
The Company also provides additional services like business development, management information analysis and reporting, perform operational and compliance audits, assist in capital and financing acquisition, identify critical ratios and develop reports, develop accounting policies and procedures, review internal controls and procedures, technology assessment and design, performance measurement reports, assist in development of budgets, activity based cost systems, mergers and acquisitions, business plans, strategic marketing, capital acquisition, budgetary, considerations , business valuation services, financial reporting systems and internal control environment these all above services they provided to their clients.
