Jaffe, P.C. is the successor to Bodeen & Jaffe, P.C., a certified public accounting firm launched in late 1992. Ron Bodeen and Larry Jaffe were CPAs with Yergen & Meyer, one of the then largest local CPA firms in Eugene. Ron Bodeen remains closely associated with Larry A. Jaffe, P.C. but sold his ownership interest to Larry Jaffe in 2000.

They assist their customers in such areas as income tax preparation and planning, quick books consulting, payroll, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation. In the unlikely event of a federal or state tax audit, Larry Jaffe and other staff members are available to represent the firm's clients before the IRS or Oregon Department of Revenue. Most audits defended by the firm in the past have resulted in tax returns being accepted as filed, with no adjustments detrimental to the client.
