Of the 24.1 million dollars, 3.9 million dollars was recorded in cost of sales, 2.4 million dollars was recorded in selling, general and administrative, and 17.8 million dollars was recorded in depreciation and amortization.

On March 1, 2005, they issued approximately 4.3 million restricted stock units under the Long Term Incentive Plan approved by shareholders in May 2004.The consolidated net sales for the second quarter of 2005 were 7.0 billion dollars compared to 7.5 billion dollars for the same period of 2004.
