As of September 26, 2005 Credit Counseling Service of Western PA. has been approved to provide bankruptcy counseling and education in compliance with bankruptcy code and issue certificates in compliance with the bankruptcy code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an agency's services.

As a non profit organization incorporated in 1968, Credit Counseling Service educates consumers about wise money management and the responsible use of credit.
