Experienced Sales Executive Dwight Sweeney Joins Corporate Investment

Austin, Texas (PRWEB) November 28, 2005 -- Dwight Sweeney, a sales veteran in the food and beverage industry is now an associate at Corporate Investment, a financial advisory firm in Austin, Texas, specializing in business sales, mergers and acquisitions. As an experienced sales professional and executive, Sweeney has a proven track record of negotiating large contracts, building alliances and developing successful sales strategies.

Prior to joining Corporate Investment, Dwight was Vice President of Sales for Maple Leaf Foods, Canada’s largest food company. As head of U.S.A. sales Dwight developed and led the execution of a strategy that resulted in sales increase from $5 million in 2002 to $60 million in 2005.

Dwight began his professional career as a Territory Sales manager for the Carnation Company, which was later acquired by Nestle, SA. During his 18 years of service with Nestle he held various sales and sales executive positions, ultimately advancing to the level of Division Vice President of Sales. In this role he was responsible for 25 employees, 15 brokers and $160 million in annual sales. Dwight also played a lead role in the integration and consolidation of five Nestle Operating Companies into one company, Nestle FoodServices.

In his new role at Corporate Investment, Sweeney will be called on to use his experience in negotiating large transactions and project management; ensuring his clients get the maximum value from their business sales.
