The BBH Funds family is managed by the Brown Brothers Harriman, a private bank. BBH was established in 1818 and has a tradition of providing clients with the highest quality of service in the banking and investments sector. Shares of the BBH Funds are offered only in the United States and may be limited to certain states as well. There a number of funds to choose from viz the BBH Prime Institutional Money Market Fund, Money Market Fund, U.S. Treasury Money Fund, Tax Exempt Money Fund, Broad Market Fixed Income Fund - Class N, International Equity Fund - Class N and more.
 
The objective of the funds is to achieve a high level of current income consistent with the preservation of capital and the maintenance of liquidity. High quality short term instruments such as Agencies, Domestic and Foreign Certificates of Deposit, Commercial Paper, Treasuries and Repurchase Agreements. Investors can invest a minimum of 10 million dollars providing minimal risk and stability of principal at the expense of higher potential returns.
 
Prime Institutional Money Market Fund is a fund where yield return will fluctuate and could cause the NAV to fall below one dollar so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth less than their original cost. Yield quoted most closely reflects the fund's current income. The Fund changed its name with effect from the first of March  2004 from BBH Common Settlement Fund. The Fund started operations on the 25th of August six years ago. Total Return prior to the date of launch of the fund is that of the BBH U.S. Money Market Portfolio adjusted to assume that all charges, expenses and fees of the Fund and the Portfolio which are presently in effect were deducted during such periods, as permitted by applicable SEC staff interpretations.
 
BBH U.S. Treasury Fund iMoneyNet Money Fund Average is to achieve high levels of current income consistent with the preservation of capital and the maintenance of liquidity. The securities backed as to principal and interest payments by the full faith and credit of the United States of America. These securities are issues of the U.S. Treasury, such as bills, notes and bonds as well as other full faith and credit obligations of the U.S. Government. The Investors who seek an investment are provided with minimal risk and stability of principal at the expense of higher potential returns.
