CornerCap

To redeem shares, you should give instructions that specify to the CornerCap Group of Funds, the appropriate fund and number of shares to be redeemed. The funds reserve the right to process any redemption request that exceeds $250,000 or 1 percent of the respective fund's assets by paying the redemption proceeds in portfolio securities rather than cash. Also, there may be a redemption fee assessed for sales of shares in the CornerCap Contraian Fund.

The fund invests in a combination of equity and debt securities. It normally invests in 50 percent of assets in equities of domestic and foreign issuers, and at least 30 percent of assets in investment-grade fixed-income securities, including cash and cash equivalents. To select securities, the advisor ranks approximately 1,500 common stocks according to fundamental factors. The three key criteria evaluated when choosing securities are relative P/E ratios, earnings-growth rates, and free cash flow.

Corner Cap Small Cap Value fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. Income is a secondary consideration. The fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in equities. Factors management considers when selecting securities include P/E ratio, earnings growth rate, and free cash flow. The fund may invest up to 20 percent of assets in foreign securities, primarily those that trade on U.S. markets.

Corner Cap funds transfer between funds which simply means that you are exchanging your shares in any CornerCap fund for those in another CornerCap fund. The exchange will be based on the price of the time of exchange. Before making any change, however, be sure to review and consider the fund differences. There is no fee charged for a transfer transaction for accounts held directly with their fund company. However, there may be a redemption fee for liquidating shares in the CornerCap Contrarian Fund.
