The Glenmede Trust Company was founded in 1956 by four children of Joseph N. Pew, founder of Sun Oil Company. Glenmede specializes in investment management services for individuals with $3 million or more to invest. Their investment capabilities range from manager selection to risk management strategies and include specialization in private equity funds. Glenmede offers asset management to institutional investors, foundations, endowments, public funds and retirement plans. Glenmede International seeks long-term total return consistent with reasonable risk to principal. The fund normally invests at least 65% of assets in equities issued in at least three foreign countries. It may purchase foreign common stocks, shares of closed-end investment companies that invest primarily in foreign securities, securities convertible into foreign common stock, and ADRs. The fund may also invest up to 35% of assets in fixed-income securities and money-market instruments.

The Glenmede Large Cap Growth Fund seeks maximum long-term total return consistent with reasonable risk to principal. The fund will generally invest at least 80% of its assets in the equity securities of U.S. large-cap companies. The Advisor uses proprietary multi-factor computer models to select stocks with revenue and earnings growth potential at reasonable valutions. The fund will typically invest in approximately 50 to 75 securities at a time.
Glenmede Philadelphia International Fund seeks long-term total return consistent with reasonable risk to principal. The fund normally invests in equities issued in at least three foreign countries. These countries may include Japan, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, and Hong Kong. It may enter into forward currency exchange contracts for hedging purposes. The fund may invest in U.S. government obligations and money market instruments.
