GMO is a global investment management firm that is dedicated to providing sophisticated clients with superior asset management solutions and services. The GMO Benchmark-Free Allocation Fund seeks a positive return regardless of market direction. The fund is a fund of funds and typically invests all net assets in other GMO funds. The fund is not restricted with respect to its exposure to any particular asset class. It may invest substantially all of its assets in a limited number of underlying Funds that primarily invest in the same asset class. It generally will have exposure to both emerging markets and developed markets. The GMO Currency Hedged Intl Equity seeks total return on investment. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of foreign issuers, some of which may be dividend-paying stocks. Other potential investments include convertible securities, preferred stocks, money-market instruments, government debt, or corporate debt securities. The fund usually invests at least 65% of assets in no less than three foreign countries.
 
GMO Emerging Countries Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation consistent with prudent risk. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity and equity-related securities of newly industrializing countries located in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, and Africa. Management intends to focus investments on securities that exhibit above average liquidity characteristics than most emerging market securities. This is a non-diversified fund.
 
GMO Emerging Markets Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation consistent with sensible risk. The fund normally invests at least 65% of assets in equities issued in budding markets, including those in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, southern Europe, eastern Europe, and Africa. To determine geographic allocation, the advisor considers the country's outlook for economic growth, currency exchange rates, commodity prices, interest rates, political factors, and the stage of the local market cycle. It may also enter into various derivative transactions for hedging and risk-management purposes.
