They offer 5 mutual funds to their clients who reside in the United States. The Total Return Bond Fund, Global High Yield Bond Fund, Global Equity Fund, International Equity Fund II and International Equity Fund, which is closed to new investors. Each Fund offers Class A (Retail) and Class I (Institutional) shares.

International Equity Fund is a diversified mutual fund that seeks long-term growth of capital by investing in a wide range of international stocks and other securities. The assets are invested primarily outside of the United States, in debt securities or international issuers, 10 percent high risk and high yield, non-investment grade debt. It invests at least 65 percent of its total assets in no fewer than three different, non-U.S. countries. In few cases, it invests in fewer than 5 countries. At any time, a portion of assets may be invested in developing countries, often referred to as emerging markets.

The Global Equity Fund seeks to achieve by investing at least 80 percent in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of issuers. The Adviser manages the Fund using a core approach and is not constrained by a particular investment tilt. It has a bias toward large capitalization companies, but may occasionally invest in small or mid size. The Fund invests in securities denominated in the currencies of a variety of countries, including the U.S. dollar.

The Global High Yield Bond Fund seeks to maximize total return, principally through a high level of current income, and secondarily through capital appreciation. It achieves its goal by investing at least 80 percent in a diversified portfolio of below investment grade, fixed income securities. These investments may include securities issued by domestic corporations and by corporations, banks, governments and supranational entities located outside the United States. Normally, the Fund invests at least 60 percent of its net assets in securities of U.S. issuers.
