The Kopp Emerging Growth Fund allows you to participate in this exciting area of investing, with the aid of an experienced team of competitors. It may be more volatile because it is no diversified; at any given time, they may invest more heavily in one or more market sectors where they perceive greater growth potential. A network of executives, analysts and investment contacts combined with an intensive, hands-on evaluation and selection process which gives them their edge in targeting what they consider not just emerging growth but emerging quality companies. 
 
The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in common stocks of companies with potential for superior growth. It is suited for investors with a 3 to 5 year investment horizon. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will be fully invested emerging and re-emerging companies with small-to-medium market capitalizations. Kopp attempts to discover companies with top-line growth rates in excess of 20 percent annually. The Kopp Emerging Growth Fund is best suited for long-term investors who are comfortable with assuming additional risk in pursuit of higher returns.
 
The Kopp Total Quality Management Fund invests in large U.S. corporations. The Fund's objective and strategy is to invest in common stocks of companies that have implemented quality-based management techniques, as determined by the Advisor. The Fund seeks companies, which have undertaken systematic processes of evaluating their business practices and have engaged in continuous efforts to improve operations throughout their organizations.
 
Advisor selects companies that have high Composite Quality Scores relative to other companies in the same or similar economic sectors and industry groups. The value of equity securities fluctuates in response to issuer, political, market and economic developments. In the short term, equity prices can fluctuate dramatically in response to these developments. Securities issued by U.S. entities with substantial foreign operations can involve additional risks.
