American Performance


The American Performance Funds are managed by the investment professionals at Bok Investment Adviser’s, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Oklahoma, who, along with its other affiliates, is part of the regional bank holding company BOK Financial Corporation. American Performance risk-managed investing philosophy don’t impose a generic, one size fits all process. Rather, they identify the potential return along with the primary risks associated with each asset class, then create and implement appropriate investment management strategies.

There are many types of funds such as American Performance Balanced, American Performance Bond I, American Performance Growth Eqty N/L Inv, American Performance Intermediate T/F I and American Performance US T-E Lg Cp Eq I. 
 
American Performance Balanced I seeks capital appreciation and income. The fund invests primarily in a broadly diversified portfolio of securities, including common stocks and bonds. It normally invests between 50 percent and 75 percent of assets in equity securities and at least 25 percent of assets in investment grade or comparable quality fixed income senior securities. American Performance Bond I seek to maximize total return. The fund invests primarily in an actively managed, diversified portfolio of short, intermediate, and long-term bonds and other fixed income securities. It invests at least 80 percent of assets in bonds. American Performance Growth Equity Fund seeks long-term capital growth. The fund usually invests roughly 70 percent of assets in stocks and convertibles with market capitalizations of at least 500 million dollars. American Performance Intermediate T/F I seek current income, consistent with the preservation of capital that is exempt from federal income taxes. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of intermediate term bonds and other fixed income securities. It invests at least 65 percent of assets in investment grade or comparable quality municipal bonds and debentures. American Performance US T-E Lg Cp Eq I seeks growth of capital and, secondarily, income. The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of common stocks and securities convertible into common stocks. It invests at least 80 percent assets in a universe of equity securities of large U.S. companies having an average market capitalization in excess of 10 billion dollars.
