The Income Fund invests primarily, under normal market conditions, at least 65 percent of its total assets, in a diversified portfolio of investment grade, fixed-income securities.
 
Croft-Leominster Income fund seeks current income consistent with moderate risk of principal. The fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in investment-grade fixed-income securities, or in unrated securities judged by the advisor to be of comparable quality. The fund generally holds multiple issues across multiple industries in order to minimize credit and event risks. The fund may invest up to 34 percent of assets in debt rated as low as CCC. It may invest up to 35 percent of assets in investment-grade convertibles, preferred stocks, and common stocks.
 
Croft-Leominster Value Fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in common stocks management judges to be undervalued and that have good prospects for capital appreciation. Management employs a value-oriented, and at times contrarian, approach to select investments, focusing on companies with low valuations relative to future earnings growth, cash flow, and asset value. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of mid- and large-size companies. It may invest up to 35 percent of assets in warrants, investment-grade convertibles, preferred stocks, and corporate debt. It may hold up to 10 percent of assets in debt rated as low as CCC.
