Cullen Value Fund


Cullen Value Fund has charted a solid record though it's four years history. It's deep in financial stocks; The Fund uses a disciplined strategy to seek long-term total return, and investing primarily in the common stocks of U.S. companies that management believes to be undervalued in relation to earnings.

The performance of each class of the Fund from July 1, 2000 is the performance of Cullen Value Fund's single class, which has been restated to reflect differences in any applicable sales charge. This adjustment has the effect of reducing the previously reported performance of the Cullen Value Fund. The Pioneer Cullen Value Fund was created through the reorganization of the predecessor Cullen Value Fund on 02/28/05.
 
The Cullen High Dividend Equity A Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests, at least 80 percent of net assets primarily in dividend paying common stocks of medium and large capitalization companies. It generally invests all assets in common stocks. The fund may also invest up to 30 percent of assets in foreign securities. These investments are typically made in American Depository Receipts, which trade on U.S. exchanges.

Pioneer Cullen Value Fund was rated exclusively against U.S. domiciled large value funds. With respect to these large value funds, the Fund, Class A shares, received a Morningstar rating of 4 stars for the three-year period, out of 1037 large value funds and 5 stars for the five-year period, out of 705 large value funds. The Morningstar Rating is for Class A Shares only. Ratings may vary among share classes and are based on past performance, which is no guarantee of future results. However the fund has performed well according to the ratings it has received in the past which goes to prove the expertise of the fund managers.
