A minimum of 2,500 dollars are required to invest in the Edgar Lomax Value Fund, and the investor can add to investment at any time in any amount of 100 dollars or more.  The Fund can also be used for Internal Revenue Authority (IRA) investing, and direct transfers and rollovers are accepted. The minimum initial investment for an IRA or automatic investment plan is 1,000 dollars. The Edgar Lomax Value Fund is available to U.S. investors only.  Shares of the Fund are currently offered only in the U.S. and are not registered for sale in any jurisdiction other than the U.S.
 
Edgar Lomax Value fund seeks growth of capital; income is a secondary consideration. The fund primarily invests in equity securities of large, well-recognized companies. It normally invests in at least 20 percent of the stocks that comprise the S&P 100 Index. The advisor seeks to identify companies that it believes to be undervalued, reasonably priced, and have prospects for continued consistent growth. Fundamental analysis of financial statements is used to view relative price/earnings and price/book ratios, as well as strong balance sheet ratios and high or stable dividend yields.
 
The Edgar Lomax Value Fund is a no-load mutual fund which invests primarily in the stocks of large, well-recognized companies it believes to be undervalued.  The Fund consists of the stocks of approximately 25 to 50 companies that have low price-to-earnings and price-to-book ratios, strong balance sheets and high dividend yields, all recognized measures of fundamental value. 
 
The goal of the Fund’s investment strategy is to obtain the highest possible return with the lowest possible risk. To accomplish this, a disciplined, fundamental-based stock picking process is used to identify firms whose stocks are selling at prices below what the manager estimates they are worth. Objective of Edgar Lomax is Long-term growth through capital appreciation and dividend income.
