The advisor also focuses on management quality, the company's growth prospects, and the financial well-being of the company. The fund may also engage in short-sales.
 
Hansberger Institutional International Value Fund seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests primarily in stocks and debt securities issued by companies and governments domiciled outside of the United States. It normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in issuers located in no less than three foreign countries.
 
The Hansberger Institutional Series International Growth Fund seeks long-term total return. The fund will typically invest at least 80 percent of assets in equity securities of companies organized or located outside of the United States. It will generally invest in at least three different countries. The fund will not invest more than 25 percent of assets in emerging markets.

Small-Cap Opportunity Fundis Harris Insight Funds that offer A, N and Institutional Shares, each of which bears different charges, 12b-1 fees and expense levels which may affect performance. Not all funds are available in all share classes. The Fund seeks to provide capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities of smaller capitalization companies with above average growth potential.

Core Equity FundofHarris Insight Funds that offer A, N and Institutional Shares, each of which bears different charges, 12b-1 fees and expense levels which may affect performance. Not all funds are available in all share classes. The Fund normally invests at least 80 percent of its assets in common stocks. These stocks are of larger capitalization companies like companies with market capitalizations in excess of 1 billion dollars.
