MassMutual Prem Enhance Index Value II A seeks to outperform the total return performance of the benchmark index, the Russell 1000 Value Index, while maintaining risk characteristics similar to those of the benchmark. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of net assets in common stocks of companies included in the fund's benchmark index. 
 
MassMutual Premier Balanced A seeks a high total rate of return over an extended period of time consistent with the preservation of capital. The fund normally invests in a diversified portfolio of three segments. It doesn’t invests more than 30 percent of assets in the money market segment, that seeks to meet liquidity needs by investing in diverse money market instruments and invests 20 percent to 40 percent of assets in the core bond segment, which invests primarily in investment grade fixed income instruments; and invests 50 percent to 70 percent of assets in the core equity segment, which invests primarily in stocks of large capitalization companies.
 
MassMutual Premier Cap Appreciation A fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of "growth companies." Such companies may be newer or established companies of any capitalization range that the sub-adviser believes may appreciate in value in the long-term. The fund does not expect to invest more than 35 percent of assets in foreign securities, although it has the ability to invest in them without limit.
 
MassMutual Premier Core Bond A fund seeks a high total rate of return consistent with prudent investment risk and preservation of capital. The fund invests at least 80 percent of its assets in investment grade fixed income securities which include U.S. government obligations, corporate debt, foreign debt, and mortgage-backed and other asset-backed securities. The fund may also invest up to 10 percent of its assets in below investment grade debt securities. The duration of the fund's portfolio is intended to match within 10 percent of the duration of the Lehman Brothers Aggregate Bond Index.
