The MTB Group of Funds offers a comprehensive range of money market, bond and stock portfolios designed to meet both short- and long-term needs. (MTBIA) is the investment advisor to the MTB Group of Funds.
 
A mutual fund generally distributes all of its earnings each year and is taxed only on amounts it retains. Therefore, the fund's earnings typically are taxed only once when received by the fund's shareholders. There are 2 types of taxable distributions to shareholders that mutual funds make every year. Striving to be Best-In-Class is the MTB Group of Funds commitment to the investor. Best-in-class means that they will aim for competitive return with an eye on expense ratios. To do this, the MTB Investment Advisors, complements its own experience with an array of sub-advisers selected for their expertise in specific areas of investment management. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so when shares are redeemed, they may be worth more or less than their original cost.

Total returns reflect the maximum sales charges of 5.5 percent  for the equity/stock funds and Managed Allocation Aggressive Growth Fund, 4.5 percent for the bond and Managed Allocation Moderate Growth Fund, and 4 percent for the Managed Allocation Conservative Growth Fund. Total returns reflect the maximum contingent deferred sales charge of 5 percent for the Class B Shares of all non-money market funds. Total returns reflect the maximum contingent deferred sales charge of 1 percent for the Class C Shares.
