Reynolds

Reynolds Funds is a no-load, open-end, diversified management investment company better known as a mutual fund, registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. It was incorporated under the laws of Maryland on April 28, 1988. The Company consists of a series of five funds Reynolds, Reynolds Balanced and Reynolds Blue Chip Growth. Each of the Funds obtains its assets by continuously selling its shares to individual and institutional investors. Proceeds from such sales are invested by the particular Fund in securities of other issuers.

The Reynolds investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is a general stock fund and may own common stocks of all types and sizes and primarily invests in high quality common stocks of U.S. headquartered companies. While it will generally invest in "growth" companies, the fund may also invest in "value" stocks. The fund takes a "bottoms-up" approach, where investment decisions are based on company specific factors and not general economic conditions.

Reynolds Balanced Fund seeks capital appreciation and income. The Fund will invest in fixed income securities. Most of the time, its portfolio will consist of 20% to 80% fixed income securities and 20 percent to 80 percent equity securities. The Fund will invest primarily in U.S. Government securities, although it may also invest in other debt securities rated at least AA. It invests both in U.S. Treasury obligations and in obligations, such as mortgage-backed securities, issued by agencies or instrumentalities of the U.S. Government. The average maturity of the obligations held by the Fund generally ranges from one to ten years.

Reynolds Blue Chip Growth Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation; current income is secondary. The fund invests primarily in the securities of blue-chip companies. It may invest in smaller capitalization companies. Management focuses on companies with proven records of profitability and strong earnings momentum.

The company’s goal in designing its family of Funds is to provide the investor a convenient way to save and invest for current and future needs. All of their Funds are No-Load so the investor does not pay any commissions or deferred sales loads.
