Cutler

Cutler is a Private Equity fund. Venture Partners and Cutler Asia are managed through their Medford and Shanghai offices. Private Equity allows investors to get in on the ground floor of an investment opportunity and move up to the top. Private Equity invests in those companies that may one day be a part of the Fortune 500.

Cutler first entered the region in 1997 and has an experienced team of dedicated professionals on the ground in Shanghai. Their past investments have been prudently managed and have stayed true to their fundamental investment philosophies. A company's dividend rate is often a signal from management on the future outlook for the company. A rising dividend payout is a vote of confidence. It is a steady, stable, and predictable approach to long-term wealth creation and preservation.

The roots of the company’s Equity Income philosophy date back to the 60's.  Ken Cutler's proprietary research at that time led to his fundamental belief that dividend paying stocks would reward investors over non-dividend payers throughout a market cycle.  Throughout the 60's, 70's and 80's, this strategy did indeed outperform the general market indices.  Money in hand is peace of mind.  This strategy is a comfortable equity market's play.

The company’s client assets are pooled together in a Fund allowing for individual investors to access products traditionally available only to large institutional investors. Asset allocations are adjusted frequently by Cutler's Investment Committee, in order to capture favorable economic and market trends.

Cutler fund the investment seeks current income and long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in a diversified portfolio of common stocks. The Adviser of the fund chooses to invest in equity based on his judgment of fundamental value, which emphasizes stocks that have favorable dividend yields and growth prospects relative to comparable companies. The Adviser may also choose to invest in stocks of companies that have market values of at least 1 billion dollars and in the Adviser's opinion have institutional ownership that is sufficiently broad to provide adequate liquidity suitable to the Fund's holdings.

The company is a professionally managed fund and with the kind of results the fund has produced in the past, though it is no guarantee for the future performance of the fund, your investment is in safe hands with the minimal of risk.
