The fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in equity securities of companies with market capitalizations less than $1 billion. The fund may invest in convertible and nonconvertible debt securities of any rating, though it may invest no more than 5 percent of assets in debt rated below investment grade. The fund is no diversified.
