Schwartz Value Fund is a mutual fund which seeks long-term capital appreciation through value investing purchasing shares of strong, growing companies at reasonable prices. Because small and medium size companies offer vast reward opportunities, fundamental analysis is used to identify emerging companies with outstanding business characteristics. Sometimes the best values are issues not followed by Wall Street analysts.

SVF attempts to buy excellent companies at a fair price. The essence of value investing is finding companies with great business characteristics which by their nature, offer a margin of safety. A truly fine business requires few assets to produce a consistently expanding stream of income. SVF also purchases shares which are temporarily out-of-favor and selling below intrinsic value.

The fund typically invests 80 percent or more of net assets in investment-grade debt securities of primarily domestic issuers, including corporations, government agencies and municipalities, as well as mortgage backed and asset-backed securities. In selecting securities, the Adviser will focus on the issuer's credit strength as well as the security's effective duration and yield. Additionally, the Fund may also invest up to 20 percent of its net assets in preferred stocks, convertible securities, and common stocks paying dividends.
 
Ave Maria Catholic Values fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of its assets in common stocks that operate in a way that is consistent with the core values and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. The fund invests in securities of established companies of various market capitalizations. It intends to hold securities for average of 3 to 5 years.
 
The Ave Maria Growth Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund typically invests at least 80 percent of assets in common stocks of companies believed by the Sub-Adviser to offer above-average potential for growth in revenues, profits or cash flow. Dividend and interest income are secondary considerations in investment selection. The Fund may invest in companies of all sizes.
 
Schwartz Value seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks; it may also purchase investment-grade preferred stocks and convertible bonds.
