Net income for the fourth quarter of 2005 included 4.2 million dollars, or 0.01 dollars per unit, charge for the cumulative effect of a change in accounting principle related to asset retirement obligations. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2004 included 15.1 million dollars, or 0.04 dollars per unit which was a gain on the sale of assets associated with the agreement to sell an interest in the Cameron Highway Oil Pipeline in 2003.
Net income for the twelve months ended December 31, 2005 was 419.5 million dollars, or 0.91 dollars per unit, compared to 268.3 million dollars, or 0.87 dollars per unit, for the twelve months ended December 31, 2004.
