As of June 30, 2005, the Company’s authorized common stock consists of 650 million shares of Class A Common Stock, par value of .01dollars per share, and 240 million shares of Class B Common Stock, par value of .01 dollars per share. As a result of stock option exercises, the Company recorded tax bene?ts of 19.7 million, 19.3 million and 7.9 million dollars during 2005, 2004 and 2003, respectively, which are included in additional paid in capital in the supplementary consolidated ?nancial statements.
 
As of June 30, 2005, and 2004, the Company had a current liability and an equal and offsetting decrease in long term debt of 2.9 million and 12.5 million dollars, respectively, re?ecting the fair market value of an interest rate swap which was classified as a fair value hedge of the 6 percent Senior Notes. The Company had acquired 10.9 million dollars of machinery and equipment through capital lease arrangements, of which the related liability is included in short-term and long-term debt.
 
The Company’s products are sold in over 130 countries and territories. For fiscal year 2004, net sales were 5.79 billion dollars and net earning was 342.1 million dollars.
