Experience Mortgage

A mortgage broker is an individual or firm that acts as an independent agent for both the borrower and the lender of a mortgage loan. Mortgage brokers are the middleman between you and the lending institution, which can be a bank, trust company, credit union, Mortgage Corporation, finance company or even an individual private investor. A mortgage broker will analyze your financial situation to determine which lender is the best fit for your loan needs. He or she will submit your mortgage application to one or more lenders in order to sell it, and works with the chosen lender until the loan closes. He or she receives a commission from the borrower if the loan closes.

Experience Mortgage professionals continuously strive to give you the personal attention you deserve and treat you with the respect due a valued customer. They understand you are making a commitment in buying a new home, refinancing and mortgage or cashing out your home equity. So they make a commitment to you. They will help you qualify, apply and be approved for the right mortgage loan for you.

When you are pre qualified by the company they help you determine how much of a monthly mortgage payment you can afford, and how much they can loan you. They do this by considering your income and debts, your employment and residence situations, your available funds for down payment and required reserves, and some other things. It’s short and to the point, and they keep the paperwork to a minimum. Once you qualify, they give you what's called a Pre-Qualification Letter, your real estate agent might call it a pre qual, which says that they are working with you to find the best loan to meet your needs and that we're confident you'll qualify for a loan for a certain amount.

To get pre approved, you will have to complete a mortgage application and provide various information verifying your employment, assets and financial status such as W 2 forms, bank records and credit card statements. The Company will then review your mortgage options and submit your application to the lender that best meets your needs. Once the application process is complete you will receive a pre approval letter indicating the amount your lender is willing to lend you for your home.

The Company is committed to providing the best service to clients seeking it from this industry as also to the pursuit of excellence, integrity being the forefront of their list of objectives. The Company has gained a fair deal of faith from their customers and continues to serve the community with a level of quality few in the industry can match.
