This Company is an investment banking consulting firm founded in 1970 that specializes in church and not for profit institutional finance. With total financings in excess of $500,000,000, Share has arranged transactions ranging up to $9,500,000 on its own account and has participated in financings in excess of $12,000,000. The firm also serves church related foundations and agencies by directing cooperative financing programs for their affiliated churches and organizations.

This type of financing is secured by real estate and allows churches to secure long term, fixed interest rates with graduated or level principal and interest payments over periods of up to 20 years.  Bond programs are available through directed, brokered, or underwritten issues.  The Company directed program with  brokerage allows the church, at its  option, to  offer a  portion of its  bonds  through a broker on  a best  efforts basis to  investors outside the church after  sales to  members  and friends of  the church have  been  completed.

These loans, funded by traditional banks and other denominational or institutional lenders, offer terms of varying lengths and are secured by real estate.  Monthly principal and interest payments can be based on paying back periods up to 25 years with interest rates either fixed or floating. This type of financing provides the  benefits  of a  directed  bond  issue  having a fully  amortized, fixed interest rate financing of up to 20 years  with  up to  50 percent  of the desired financing being funded through a conventional loan.
