Waterstone Financial Group, Inc is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. It also administrates exams for the investments professionals, such as the series of 7 exams.

In 1981 when I founded their firm, the goal was to create an organization that would be an alternative to what I considered the oppressive business practices of many large financial institutions. I wanted to build a relationship driven broker & dealer that embraced the independent producer and offered the freedom, integrity, support and compensation that seasoned professionals hunger for.

Now, over twenty years later, they think that they are succeeding. Waterstone Financial Group has developed a reputation of integrity, honesty and genuine concern for the success of their representatives. When people do business with them, they seem to like it. The pairing of the two firms has not only increased their size, it has bolstered their capability to service the representatives. Rather than reduce overhead following the merger, they actually increased their staffing. Also, as part of the merger, Waterstone also took on a partner, Pacific Life. Their relationship with Pacific Life allows them to retain their independence.

Now, with their financial strength virtually guaranteed and a substantial presence in the broker & dealer marketplace, I am confident in their ability to provide valuable services to professionals like you.
