Leader Investments is an Illinois based corporation, organized under the laws of the State of Illinois. The main business of Leader Investments is the offering of contracts in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, futures and options on futures. Leader Investments is located at 3939 N. Wilke Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004. Leader Investments began operations on August 18, 1994.

Leader Investments is registered as a Broker Dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission and is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, an organization of firms dealing in the securities industry.

Leader Investments is also registered as a Futures Commission Merchant with the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, the arm of the United States government which regulates trading in futures and options on futures contracts and is a member of the National Futures Association, an organization of firms operating in the futures industry.

Operating both as a Broker Dealer and as FCM, Leader Investments generally introduces its clients to firms which are clearing members of the appropriate exchanges upon which the various contracts are traded. Leader Investments is able to provide all of the services of any other full service brokerage firm. Leader has on line access to Mesirow's automated order entry and customer accounting systems. Market order executions are reported back in a matter of seconds. Clients may view all their account information through the Internet.

Leader Investments has established relationships with a number of firms, all of whom are located outside the United States, which function as Foreign Agents of Leader Investments. These firms introduce clients to Leader Investments who then introduces those clients to Mesirow. The clients are charged a commission for each transaction executed by either of these firms and a portion of those commissions are rebated to the Foreign Agents through Leader Investments.
