AFA Advisor Services, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisor with the (Securities and Exchange Commission), an affiliate company with AFA Financial Group, LLC, a registered Broker Dealer Firm. AFA Insurance Service is a licensed insurance agency. All entities are wholly owned subsidiaries of AFA Holding, LLC. AFA Holding is owned and operated by CPA's and Planners.

In corporate operations, CPAffiliate specialists are supported by the back office of AFA Financial Group. AFAFG is responsible for all non-marketing functions including due diligence, compliance, continuing education, technology, fee and commission business, trading and professional liability insurance. As a member of the CPAffiliate Alliance, Fidelity and or Pershing, LLC can act as Custodian for assets invested through the CPAffiliate program. These companies will provide full tax reporting and, as directed, deduct professional management fees from CPAffiliate custodial accounts.
