Aca Partners Securities is a member of NASD the National Association of Security Dealer. Prior to the founding of ACA, Oliver practiced corporate, tax and securities law with Clark, Thomas & Winters, and a large Austin-based law firm. He received B.B.A degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University in 1990, and a J.D. from the University Of Texas School Of Law in 1995.
