Bill Parker Agency is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. It also administrates exams for the investments professionals, such as the series of 7 exams.

The Bill Parker Agency is an independent broker dealer. They are licensed by both the California and Nevada State Insurance Departments. The Agency was formed in 1974 to assist individuals and small businesses in accumulating retirement savings. They began with a focus on 403b Tax Sheltered Annuity programs which are available to educators, hospital employees and other non profit employees.

While this continues to be the core of their business they have over the years expanded their mission to include assistance with all types of retirement programs available to individuals, small business and non profits. There are no fees charged directly to their clients, nor is there any obligation on the part of a prospective investor or client to purchase anything. They have found over the years that by doing a good job for their clients they are rewarded not only by repeat business but by continuing referrals to friends, family and coworkers who are in need of their services.
