This private equity investment provides direct ownership in a US - Brazilian joint venture with a projected total of 50,000 fully irrigated acres of land, as well as the associated equipment, facilities, management, and labor. The land is projected to be developed over a four year period beginning in 2005. This offering closed on May 27, 2005 with a total capitalization of 31,825,000 dollars.
The Company is focused on capital appreciation. Each investment is managed as a single entity with the goal of returning all net profit less working capital to their investors. This gives them the flexibility to sell portions of, or an entire holding in order to maximize returns. The investments are typically offered as a US private placement for credited investors only.
