Lone Star Securities, Inc. is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. Therefore, high tax bracket investors may be eligible for tax deductions that apply to domestic oil and gas manufacture investments.
The direct contribution projects offered through Lone Star Securities provide direct ownership of the revenue producing asset. Lone Star specializes in developmental oil and gas project placements because they provide relatively lower risk than other types of oil and gas investments. However, while there is the potential for substantial profit in oil and gas investing, all oil and gas drilling projects carry a risk of a non productive well and corresponding loss of a portion of, or the entire, investment their typical investor has the financial wherewithal to allocate a portion of their portfolio for high risk and high reward investments without risking their standard of living.
The Company works to join the financial capabilities of their private investors with oil and gas companies to develop natural gas and oil properties. These oil and gas companies strive to provide investors with domestic development and exploration programs.
