New Covenant Funds Distributor, Inc.

New Covenant Funds Distributor, Inc. is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. It also administrates exams for the investments professionals, such as the series of 7 exams.

New Covenant Funds incorporate the tobacco and military policies of the General Assembly's Mission Responsibility through Investment Guidelines (MRTI).  These policies flow from our faith and stewardship of God's resources entrusted to the Church. New Covenant Funds also include screens for gambling, alcohol and firearm related issues through our investment managers.  Therefore, the funds may choose not to purchase, sell or retain otherwise profitable investments in companies which have been identified as being in conflict with the established social witness principles of the Presbyterian Church.  The advisers also take an active role in promoting other issues involving the environment, social and racial equality, shareholder action and community support by voting shares within their portfolios.  Where appropriate, advisers engage in dialogue with the companies whose shares the Funds own.

All of these factors- economic, political and social are weighted carefully in an effort to determine the best investment alternatives, and how to align the Funds' holdings. New Covenant Funds use a portfolio of equity and fixed income managers with different styles and investment objectives.  This portfolio approach is designed to help New Covenant Funds reduce risk and outperform in declining markets, capture much of the gain in up markets and, over time, add real return value.

Investments offered are not a deposit or other obligation of, or guaranteed or insured by the New Covenant Trust Co., N.A., the FDIC or any Government Agency.  Investments involve certain risks, including the possible loss of principal. New Covenant Funds are offered through New Covenant Funds Distributor, Inc., a member of the NASD.  The NCF Investment Department of New Covenant Trust Company., N.A., is the investment adviser of the Funds and receives a fee for their service.

Whether your mission is to find a particular investment style, strive to meet personal or organizational goals, adopt socially responsible investing principles, or support the mission of the Presbyterian Church New Covenant Funds offer a diversity of investment approaches and charitable giving options.
