The firm's principals are Richard Harrison, CPA George Dailey, and Michael Wright, CPA. They all strive to achieve and maintain the highest quality work product available. They have in excess of 110 years of public accounting service dealing with the issues that are a concern to you. The firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Private Companies Practice Section and the Tax Section of the AICPA.
For many years they have participated in the AICPA Peer Review Program which is administered by the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. They elect to have a firm-on-firm review which is performed by an unaffiliated firm that has been approved by the California Society as qualified to conduct such a review.
Under that program the accounting and auditing aspects of their practice are reviewed and, assuming the results are favorable, a report is issued stating that the firm being reviewed has met the established high standards of competence and continuing education required for a clean report. They have received a clean report for every peer review in which they have participated.
