James E. Guinn is a graduate of Midwestern State University and has been in the accounting profession since 1969. They is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and West Virginia. Before starting the firm, they worked as an accountant at Arthur Andersen & Company. Jim is the author of numerous magazine articles and is a regular contributor to Ministries Magazine.
The Company has published two books, Religious Organizations IRS and Accounting Issues and Religious Organizations Personnel and Policy Manual. They have also written several articles for Prentice Hall's tax service. Robert D. Smith is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. They have been in pubic practice since 1968 and were formerly a Senior Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Company. Bob is also the president of computer time sharing and consulting company and a general partner in a real estate development and rental partnership.
