Diane L. Iverson, CPA is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and obtained her CPA certification while employed at KPMG Peat Marwick in Honolulu, HI. She worked at KPMG for five years, supervising audits for SEC, Construction, Real Estate, and Not-for-Profit clients. Later she moved to Portland in 1995 and worked as a controller in real estate development. Diane is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the Oregon Society of CPA's, Beaverton Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Real Estate for Women.
Debbie L. Spitzer, CPA is a graduate of the University of Oregon and began her accounting career at PriceWaterhouse in Portland. She received her CPA certification while employed in a regional accounting firm and then moved on to the private sector specializing in the retail industry. Debbie is a member of the American Institute of CPA's the Oregon Society of CPA's and is active in the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce.
