Founded in 1966, The Company has provided budget, credit and housing counseling, debt management programs and consumer education for the community in person, on the phone and via the Internet. Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley, CCCS is a non profit service organization dedicated to delivering professional credit education, confidential credit and housing counseling and debt reduction programs to all segments of the community regardless of their ability to pay.

Debt problems can happen to anyone like Overwhelming debt, Overextension of credit, Poor credit history, Medical emergencies, Divorce, Reduction in income and Threat of Bankruptcy. Others just have a lack of money management skills and may just want advice and ideas for planning a budget. Some are looking to purchase their first home or are having difficulty paying their mortgage. Whatever the reason, one day you may not have enough money to pay all of your bills. Their focus is to get people the help they need to meet their unique situation. They do it by helping them to analyze, understand and get control of their personal finances.
They provide wide range of services including Debt Management Plan, DMP for Individuals and couples who are having difficulty meeting their debt obligations or are at their credit limits may qualify for the DMP. Counselors will negotiate with clients' creditors to lower payments, stop collection action and reduce or eliminate interest and fees. Clients deposit a monthly payment to CCCS, who in turn, disburses the payments to clients' creditors. Endorsed by creditors nationwide, the DMP enables thousands of consumers to become debt free and avoid bankruptcy.
