Alpine has two operating entities.  Alpine Woods Capital Investors, LLC manages seven carefully focused mutual funds and also provides institutional investment management services.  Saxon Woods Advisors, LLC, provides private asset management services to separate accounts, including alternative investment vehicles, tailored to the needs of qualified individual and institutional investors.

The Alpine Dynamic Balance Fund seeks capital appreciation. The secondary objectives are reasonable income and conservation of capital. The Fund invests in equity securities of large U.S companies and high quality fixed income securities. The equity securities in which the Fund invests may include common stocks, preferred stocks and securities convertible into common stocks. The fixed income securities in which the fund invests may include U.S. Government debt obligations, corporate debt obligations, and money markets. The fund invests not less than 25 percent in fixed income securities, and it may invest up to 75 percent in equity securities.
 
Alpine Dynamic Dividend, the investment seeks income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The fund will typically invest at least 80 percent of assets in equity securities of domestic and qualified foreign corporations that pay dividends.
 
Alpine International Real Estate Y, the investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund normally invests at least 65% of assets in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies in the real-estate industry.
 
Alpine Tax Optimized Income, the investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 50 percent of assets in tax-exempt obligations. It will also typically invest 50 percent of assets in obligations rated A or better.
 
Alpine Tax Optimized Income Adviser, the investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 50 percent of assets in tax-exempt obligations. It will also typically invest 50 percent of assets in obligations rated A or better.
 
The company’s aim is to provide the investor with leading investment firms who have been responsible for managing assets for large corporations and institutional investors.
