The fund invests at least 80percent of assets in investment-grade securities. They may invest up to 20percent of assets in unrated securities. The fund's dollar-weighted average maturity typically ranges between two and five years. It is non-diversified.
 
Dupree Tennessee Tax-Free Short-to-Medium Series seeks income exempt from both federal and Tennessee state income taxes without undue risk to principal. The fund normally invests at least 80percent of assets in tax-exempt securities. It usually invests at least 65percent of assets in Tennessee municipal securities. The fund invests at least 80percent of assets in investment-grade securities. They may invest up to 20percent of assets in unrated securities. The fund's dollar-weighted average maturity typically ranges between two and five years. It is non-diversified.
 
Dunham Small Cap Value Fund seeks total return from capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80percent of assets in the common stock of small companies. It may invest no more than 20percent of assets in ADRs. The fund may purchase other securities of publicly held corporations such as preferred stocks or bonds as well as government securities, money market funds, CDs, and other short-term debt instruments.
 
Dupree MS Tax-Free Income Series seeks income exempt from both federal and Mississippi state income taxes without undue risk to principal. The fund normally invests at least 50percent of assets in investment-grade Mississippi municipal obligations. It seeks a steady flow of income in investment-grade securities with a dollar weighted average maturity of ten or more years. It is non-diversified.
