Frank Capital Funds

The Frank Value Fund is a mutual fund that is currently open to investors exclusively in New York and New Jersey. Frank Capital Partners LLC is a registered investment advisor based in Parsippany, New Jersey. They offer two products viz The Frank Value Fund and Private Account Management. The Frank Value Fund started operations on the 21st of July, 2004. President Alfred Frank of Frank capital Partners', and the CFO Brian Frank are the managers of the fund. The managers have been looking after the  fund since its very inception. The minimum initial investment is three thousand dollars and the annual fee for maintaining the account is 1.5%. There are no load or 12b-1 fees. People who invest in the Frank Value Fund will receive quarterly statements and letters from the managers detailing the investments and performance of the fund.

When making the initial purchase request, make sure that request is in good order which means that purchase request must include the name of the purchaser, the amount of shares to be purchased mentioned in Dollars, a completed account application, and a check payable to the Frank Value Fund. The Fund invests the majority of its assets in common stocks. Overall stock market risks may also affect the value of the Fund. Factors such as domestic economic growth and market conditions, interest rate levels and political events affect the securities markets. The value of the Fund will fluctuate and  an investor could lose money by investing in the Fund.

The Fund reserves the right to terminate the offering of its shares made by its Prospectus at any time and to reject purchase applications when, in the judgment of the management such termination or rejection is in the best interest of the Fund. The Fund discourages, and does not accommodate, market timing. Market timing is an investment strategy using frequent purchases and redemptions and/or exchanges in an attempt to profit from short term market movements. The Fund typically distributes substantially all of its net investment income in the form of dividends and taxable capital gains to its shareholders.

Funds with short-term targets sometimes juggle positions to chase performance, Frank Capital Funds believe that this is harmful to the long-term health of a fund. Their long-term focus is good for investors because Frank Capital’s low turnover enables their portfolios to outperform the S&P 500.
