Normally, the fund invests at least 80 percent of assets in a portfolio of dividend-paying common stocks and preferred stocks that have the potential to deliver regular income and to offer the opportunity for long-term growth of income and capital appreciation. It invests primarily in companies with large market capitalizations.

Cohen & Steers International Realty A seeks capital appreciation and current income with an approximately equal emphasis. Under normal conditions, the fund will invest 80 percent of assets in non-U.S. real estate equity securities. Real estate equity securities include common stocks, preferred stocks and other securities issued by real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts (REITS) and similar REIT-like entities.

Cohen & Steers Utility A seeks a total return as well as capital appreciation and current income. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of net assets in common stocks and other equity securities issued by companies engaged in the utility industry.
