Masters' Select Equity Fund seeks superior long term growth relative to the overall U.S. stock market they expect 50 percent to 85 percent of the Fund's portfolio, in normal conditions, to be invested in mid and large cap stocks. The fund is primarily invested in the U.S. market, although they have limited flexibility to invest in the stocks of foreign companies. They expect typical overseas exposure to be less than 15 percent of total assets. They have their structural results in a broadly diversified portfolio in terms of styles, industries and stocks.

There are four types of funds such as Masters' Select Equity, Masters' Select International, Masters' Select Smaller Companies and Masters' Select Value.

Masters' Select Equity Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 50 percent of assets in equity securities of large capitalization companies. It may invest up to 35 percent of assets in short-term high-quality debt. Masters' Select.

Masters' Select International Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of issuers located outside of the United States, including countries in both developed and emerging markets. It ordinarily invests in no less than five foreign countries. The fund uses five investment managers that each emphasizes different stock picking styles. The fund's exposure to large and mid-size foreign companies typically ranges between 60 percent and 90 percent of assets.

Masters' Select Smaller Companies seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund will invest primarily in the securities of small and mid-sized U.S. companies, although the managers will have limited flexibility to invest in securities of foreign companies.

Masters' Select Value seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund engages four proven investment managers to invest in securities they believe have the potential for strong appreciation. The fund primarily invests in securities of mid and large sized U.S. companies. It may invest up to 25 percent of assets in the securities of small companies. The fund may also invest up to 20 percent of assets in foreign stock. This fund is non-diversified.
