Provident Inv Counsel Flexible Growth - PFLEX Fund seeks long term growth of capital. The Fund invests at least 80 percent of its assets in the common stock of small capitalization companies at time of initial purchase. Small-capitalization companies are those whose market capitalization range at the time of initial purchase are 50 million dollar to 1.5 billion dollar and or those companies whose market capitalization size is consistent with the Russell 2000 Growth Index.

Provident Inv Couns Small Cap Growth - PINSX Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in companies with market capitalizations similar to those of companies in the Russell 2000 Growth Index. Management has flexibility however to invest the balance in other market capitalizations. Investments may include common and preferred stocks convertible securities and warrants. The fund may invest up to 20 percent of assets in foreign securities.

Provident Inv Couns Small Cap Growth - PISCX Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in companies with market capitalizations similar to those of companies in the Russell 2000 Growth Index. Management has flexibility however to invest the balance in other market capitalizations. Investments may include common and preferred stocks convertible securities and warrants. The fund may invest up to 20 percent of assets in foreign securities.
