Quaker

The Quaker Funds have been developed to provide access to entrepreneurial institutional-quality money management in a mutual fund format. We feature entrepreneur money managers, many of whom previously managed only large corporate or institutional accounts. The Quaker Funds offer a range of funds that financial advisor can use to build a portfolio tailored to the investors specific investment objectives.

Their funds are Growth Funds, Blend Funds, Fixed Income Funds, Value Funds, and Money-Market. These funds are further categorized as Quaker Strategic Growth Fund, Quaker Core Equity Fund, Quaker Small-Cap Growth Fund, Quaker Capital Opportunities Fund, Quaker Biotech Pharma-Healthcare Fund, Quaker Small-Cap Trend Fund, Quaker Mid-Cap Value Fund, Quaker Small-Cap Value Fund, Geewax Terker Core Value Fund, Quaker Fixed Income Fund and Quaker Reserve Money Market Account.

The Quaker Strategic Growth Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The Fund typically invests its assets in a broadly diverse portfolio of companies the Fund's sub-advisor believes show a high probability for superior growth. Short selling may be utilized as a defensive measure when stocks are overvalued. Short positions will not exceed 25 percent of the Fund's net assets and tight trading stops are employed to reduce risks associated with short selling.

The Quaker Small-Cap Trend Fund seeks to achieve long-term growth of capital by investing in companies with market capitalizations of less than 2 billion dollars. The Sub-Adviser seeks to identify long-term industry, demographic, technological and other trends and makes investment decisions based in part on how such trends are likely to impact individual companies. Income is a secondary consideration for the Fund. The Quaker Fixed Income Fund is a high quality, mid-duration bond fund. The Fund seeks to generate current income, preserve capital and maximize total returns through active management of a predominately investment-grade fixed income portfolio composed primarily of U.S. Treasury obligations, U.S. Agency obligations, Mortgage Backed Bonds and High Quality Corporate Bonds.

The Quaker Mid-Cap Value Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The Fund is constructed to give dependable exposure to the stocks of mid-sized companies exhibiting traditional value characteristics. The Fund is managed by Global Capital Management Inc.

Quaker Funds is committed to supporting the efforts of investment professionals in providing their clients with valuable guidance. The company works closely with Financial Advisors to ensure that the Quaker Funds are easily understood and accessible to their clients.
