Rainier Core Equity Portfolio seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in equity securities issued by domestic companies of various sizes. To select stocks, management considers factors such as attractive valuation, advantageous competitive strategies, and strong management with a significant ownership position, balance sheet integrity, and financial strength. Investments may include common stocks American depositary receipts, investment grade convertible securities, and warrants.
 
Rainier Growth Equity Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The funds invest primarily in stocks of medium and large U.S. growth companies. It normally invests in approximately 40 to 80 growth companies. The Advisor compares the sector weightings of the fund to that of the Russell 1000 Growth Index while avoiding extreme overweighting or underweighting compared to the index.
